Shipping policy

Orders ship every Friday from our CA warehouse. Depending on which day your order is placed, and your delivery zip code, orders will arrive in 5-10 business days from when your order is placed. For deliveries to IL, Iowa, MD, MI, OK and TX delivery times take up to 21 business days.  When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking notification.

Prices of our wines do not include shipping charges. Shipping is calculated by number of bottles and number of shipments purchased. Prepaid subscriptions will be charged for shipping upfront.

Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs. If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping on its behalf, then the appropriate shipping charges will appear in the shopping cart during checkout. If buyer selects an expedited delivery option, the extra charge will be applied to the initial shipment only.

If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping on its behalf, then buyer is responsible for providing a current, shippable, physical delivery address. Seller cannot arrange shipments for buyer that ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.

Reminder: someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, seller reserves the right to charge the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or reshipping to the same address.

Using a business address for deliveries is advised.

If a shipment is returned to seller’s facility, seller will not reship until the recipient or buyer provides a deliverable address.

In the event that a shipment is returned to seller’s facility, but the recipient or buyer does not want to reship the package(s), then seller will apply a restocking fee equivalent to the original shipping charge.

If a shipment is successfully delivered to the address that has been provided but is not valid for the recipient, seller reserves the right to charge the full amount for a replacement shipment.

Seller reserves the right to delay shipping in the event of adverse weather conditions.

Seller does not assist buyers with shipments to any state where it may not be permissible.
