VINIFICATION

We are delighted to introduce to you our Brut Cremant from Limoux, the birthplace of French Sparkling Wine. Made in the Traditional Method, with 24 months aging on lees.

COLOR

Brilliant soft-golden and caramel tones.

NOSE

Notes of Green Apple and Candied Lemon. 

PALATE

Crisp and Clean acidity with balanced effervescence.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Perfect with firm aged cheese, hearty crostini, and caviar.

RATINGS

From three of Limoux’s terroirs, this blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, and 10% Mauzac from five-century-old Maison Antech hails from vines that are as old as 80 years. A perfume of vanilla custard and tangerine are accompanied by a bread dough aroma. Bubbles are vivacious, revealing lemon drop and white flowers
