VINIFICATION

We are delighted to introduce you to our Brut Cremant Rosé from Limoux, the birthplace of French Sparkling Wine. Made in the Traditional Method, with 24 months aging on the lees.

COLOR

Pale salmon pink with golden layers.

NOSE

Notes of wild strawberry and lavender.

PALATE

Bright and fresh acidity with balanced effervescence.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Perfect with aged soft cheese and forest fruits.

RATINGS

A prom dress-pink rosé made from 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, and 20% Pinot Noir, with 30 months on the lees. Red plum and rose petals arise on nose and palate. Raspberries and a steely minerality are highlights of this refreshing sparkler.
